Colette started with one question: why is the most elegant way to put your hair up also the hardest to buy well? The French pin has held chignons in Paris for a century. The versions we found were flimsy, overpriced, or buried at the back of the claw-clip aisle.
So we kept it simple. One smooth U-shaped pin in polished metal or acetate, sized to twist and hold real hair. No teeth, no hinge, no elastic. Ten seconds to a chignon that holds, because the pin catches the hair against the scalp instead of clamping it.
