Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every Colette order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time: standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks in total from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and may run longer during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking: every order is tracked. Tracking information can take 2 to 3 business days to update after you receive your shipping email.

Address accuracy: please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us through the Contact page within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you.

Damaged items: if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
